What kind of game is Overel?
Overel is a multiplayer colony-and-farming simulation. Think the cozy farming loop of a game like Stardew Valley blended with the deep colony management of something like RimWorld — playable solo or in online co-op.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Overel is built for online co-op from the ground up. You share one persistent world, divide up the work and can drop in and out as you like. It's also fully playable as a single-player experience.
What platforms will Overel be on?
Overel is coming to PC first (Windows). We're exploring additional platforms after launch. Wishlist on Steam and join the Discord to be notified as platform plans firm up.
When does Overel release?
Overel is in active development and doesn't have a final release date yet. The best way to be the first to know — and to get into playtests — is to wishlist on Steam and join our Discord.
How much will it cost?
Pricing hasn't been finalized. We'll announce it well ahead of launch. Subscribe to the newsletter or follow us to hear it first.
Can I join a playtest?
Absolutely. We run closed playtests with our community before major milestones. Sign in to the site and join our Discord to put your name forward.
